Huidu HD-D18 Asynchronous Control Card (LED Controller Card)

The Huidu HD-D18 is a dedicated full-color asynchronous control card designed specifically for car screen LED displays and other specialized full-color LED applications. It features integrated 4G communication capabilities enabling Internet-based remote cluster management, making it suitable for dynamic and networked LED signage solutions. With onboard 4GB of storage, the HD-D18 can store and play program files independently without requiring external devices.

This sophisticated control card delivers smooth playback across a broad range of multimedia formats, including videos, images, and animations, guaranteeing vivid and fluid visuals at a 60Hz refresh rate. It supports a maximum loading capacity of up to 80,000 pixels (640×128), with a maximum width of 1024 pixels and a maximum height of 128 pixels. The card is certified with CE, FCC, and RoHS standards.

It’s compatible with various full-color LED modules and has a grayscale range of 256 to 65,536 levels, ensuring excellent image quality. Along the five standard HUB75E interfaces, it includes an additional HUB75E interface that can carry contents to additional LED screens (maximum 64×64 pixels) or the same screens as the other five interfaces. The HD-D18 is also equipped with, a USB port for firmware updates and additional storage, audio input/output terminals, a microphone input for recording, and sensor ports for temperature and GPS functionality. Furthermore, it includes the remote-control functions of switching relays, along with a test button for adjusting brightness and color calibration.

It uses up to only 8W of power and operates reliably in harsh conditions, with a temperature range of -40°C to +80°C, making it ideal for any car screen LED displays requirements.
