Beyond offering Genlock signal connectors and an additional HDMI Loop port (two in total) and available SDI Loop support for easy and synchronized device cascading (also available via Ethernet ports with TCP/IP protocol and star topology without priority and order), it features two 10G optical ports for high-bandwidth data transmission over long distances, ensuring consistent and uninterrupted performance.

With two HDMI 1.3 ports, this device supports a maximum input resolution of 1920×1200@60Hz accepting custom resolutions of up to 3840 pixels in width or 2560 pixels in height for each port. Its 3G-SDI input handles 1920×1080@60Hz resolution and ST-424 (3G), ST-292 (HD) and ST-259 (SD) standard video inputs. It’s FCC, CE, and IC certifications ensure flawless continuous operation. Additionally, it performs perfectly in extreme ambient temperatures among -20°C and +50°C whenever powered via a 100-240VAC input voltage consuming maximum power of 50W.

This remarkable unit supports NovaStar’s Armor (AXs) series of receiving cards, including the A10s Pro, A8s Pro, A8s, A8s-N, A7s Plus, and A5s Plus which enables handling of complex creative and architectural LED installations that wouldn’t be possible with standard rectangular displays. Furthermore, the unit also offers advanced features such as 14Ch color correction, low latency, and high-bit-depth inputs (8-bit/10-bit). Crucially, when paired specifically with A10s Pro receiving cards, it further unlocks full grayscale calibration and frame rate adaptive functionality.

The MX20’s display system provides hardware monitoring and automatically reports any device failures or warning information, and it is compatible with the VMP software, allowing for simple, user friendly and convenient operations as well as smart device management, resulting in stunning image quality, exact color adjustment, and an intuitive software experience. This stands for a new method for managing high-end applications such as fine-pitch LED installation, studio broadcasting, touring, corporate events, virtual production, and E-sports.
