INFORMATION FROM WEB BROWSING

For those of you just browsing SinaPlug, we collect the same kind of information that most other websites collect by using tools like cookies and web server logs.  This type of information includes your browser type, your language preference, your referring site, any additional websites requested and the time and date of each visit.  We also collect potentially personally-identifying information like IP (Internet Protocol) addresses.  However, this information does NOT personally identify you unless we have your permission to do so.

Why does SinaPlug collect this?  SinaPlug uses this personally non-identifiable information to better understand how our website navigates, what our potential customers like and dislike about SinaPlug, what products our potential customers are looking for, where our potential customers come to us from and more.  In a nutshell, it helps SinaPlug to better know who their potential customers are!

INFORMATION FROM USERS WITH ACCOUNTS

If you choose to honor us with creating an account on SinaPlug, we will honor you by NOT selling, lending or otherwise sharing your personal information unless it is required by an affiliate of ours to process your order.  Your trust of SinaPlug is sacred to us.

If you choose to create an account with SinaPlug, you will create your own user-name and password.  We will need a valid email for you and a shipping address.  You will also have the opportunity of adding user-personal information to enhance your experience with SinaPlug.  This additional information could include a real name, telephone number, photograph, etc.

Again, this user-personal information, which does not include the aggregate browsing information above, will be kept in confidence by SinaPlug and our affiliates.  It will not be sold or otherwise shared with anyone outside of SinaPlug.

INFORMATION SHARING 

As mentioned above, SinaPlug will need to share your personal information with some affiliates of ours in order to process and receive payment on your order.  Some of our affiliates might include PayPal, Shop Pay, various credit card issuers, Google Pay and others like these.  Your information might be used by our affiliates to perform their functions and might be used for such things as:
