The MEGMEET MMP260-4.6U (similar to the MMP260-4.6 but includes additional over-temperature protection) is a remarkable, enclosed power supply ideal for industrial applications, Audio Visual and LED equipment that require constant and reliable performance. The MEGMEET MMP260 series has significant features like EMC circuit, PFC circuit, 2G anti-vibration, and automatic recovery protections.
This AC/DC, compact MMP260-4.6U (also known as MEGMEET 4.6V50A) converts wide-range 100-240 VAC inputs, to stable two output channels at 4.6V delivering up to 50A. It provides a rated 230W power with a PFC function and a 0.95 Power Factor that reduces the impact on the electrical grid and enhances efficiency up to 87% for optimal performance.
The small-sized MMP260-4.6U ensures long-term operation in demanding situations using natural air convection (recommended to be mounted on a heatsink), across a wide range of ambient temperatures from -25°C to +60°C with no whistling noise. (based on the official datasheet it can even work at lower temperatures down to -40°C)
In addition to the advanced protections such as over temperature, short circuit, overload, and over-voltage (all with automatic recovery), it is certified by UL60950, GB4943, EN55022, EC61000-4-2/4/5/11, and GB17626.2/4/5/11 allowing it to meet worldwide energy requirements.
