NovaStar Taurus TB6 Multimedia Player

The Taurus TB6 provides an All-round control plans to manage the player conveniently via remote computers, and user terminal Internet-connected devices, including smartphones, and tablets from anywhere, anytime. Additionally, it supports scheduled commands, LAN and Internet-based scheduling, and synchronous and asynchronous playback across multiple screens via GPS time (with optional 4G module) or NTP time synchronization. Robust security measures, including terminal authentication and playback verification, protect content and playback integrity. 

It involves an advanced 8-core processor at 1.5 GHz and 2 GB of RAM, delivering a maximum loading capacity of 1,300,000 pixels. This powerful combination facilitates smooth hardware decoding of 1080p videos, as well as 4K/FHD/HD/H.265 video playback decoding, ensuring clear and impactful content display. 

In addition to the four Gigabit Ethernet ports (two for backup) that provide high transmission reliability and stable performance, it contains an HDMI 1.3 output for HDMI loop, HDMI input (synchronized mode), 3.5mm stereo audio interface, two USB 2.0 ports, and two Wi-Fi and 4G (optional) antenna connectors ensuring easy integration into various signage setups. 

While 32GB of its storage is adequate for videos, photos and applications, it offers expandable storage with two USB 2.0 ports for additional storage solutions and can be utilized for firmware upgrade and import content for playback. Additionally, the option for cloud storage integration offers extra flexibility for content management. 

A comprehensive suite of connectivity options and network redundancy mechanisms allow the Taurus TB6 to seamlessly integrate into various digital signage networks. For LAN and internet connectivity, the TB6 offers flexible network configurations, including RJ45 Ethernet port, Wi-Fi AP, Wi-Fi STA, and dual Wi-Fi AP+STA modes. Optional 4G cellular connectivity could expands network possibilities for remote deployments 

Based on the NovaStar cluster solution, managing and monitoring multiple screens is supported in a centralized manner. In addition to the ability of switching between synchronous and asynchronous modes, it offers both local and cloud-based display management and supports a wide range of solutions for program editing and publishing, including VNNOX (web-based), ViPlex Handy (Android / iOS platform), and NovaLCT. 

Sensor ports enable the TB6 to monitor temperature and brightness leading to automatic display and smart brightness adjustment feature. This real-time monitoring allows for dynamic adjustments to display settings, resulting in optimized presenting experiences and enhanced energy efficiency. 

The TB6's CE, FCC SDoC, FCC ID, UL, CB, IC, CCC, EAC, FAC, and NCC certifications ensure flawless and continuous operation, and it additionally performs perfectly in extreme ambient temperatures among -20°C and +60°C whenever powered via a 100-240VAC input voltage consuming maximum power of 18W.
