The MX40 Pro is a flagship all-in-one LED display controller within the COEX series, listed by AzarPixel. The MX40 Pro seamlessly integrates both controller and processor functions, delivering unrivaled and unmatched display control for complex, large-scale LED signage. It operates reliably in temperatures ranging from -20°C and +45°C, while maintaining a maximum power consumption of 95W.

The MX40 PRO's CCC, CE, RoHS, FCC, IC, UL, CB, KC, and EAC certifications guarantee flawless continuous operation. Thanks to 20 Ethernet output ports and 4 10G optical ports (optional optical module), it handles up to 9 million pixels with an industry-leading resolution of 16,384 pixels in width or height, ensuring detailed visual clarity and uninterrupted performance across long-distance transmissions.

The MX40 Pro offers comprehensive video input versatility, including three HDMI 2.0 (with loop through), a DP 1.2, and 12G-SDI (with loop through) all supporting resolutions up to 4096×2160@60Hz with flexible scaling for ultra-wide or tall screens by supporting four image scaling modes, such as custom, pixel to pixel, snap to canvas, and fill screen.

In addition to its frame multiplication features, which include frame interpolation (capturing images from multiple shooting angles) and frequency multiplication (supporting high frame rates up to 480 Hz under multi-angle camera shooting), this unit offers exceptional features such as support for up to 12-bit video inputs, low latency, full grayscale calibration, vibrant HDR, and 3D capability. Supporting 3D LUT (.cube) files and advanced tools such as color curves and color replacement also ensure superior display performance.

The Armor (AXs) series of NovaStar receiving cards such as the A10s Pro, A8s Pro, A8s, A8s-N, A7s Plus, and A5s Plus receiving cards, are supported by this remarkable device which eliminates the limitations of rectangular LED screens by mapping diverse topologies and irregular shapes of displays. Exclusive capabilities like frame rate adaptive, dynamic booster, full grayscale calibration, low latency, and HDR functionality are available only when the A10s Pro receiving card or their derivatives are connected to the MX40 Pro.

The VMP software provides effortless control which enables users to easily customize many display parameters for smooth adjustments and simplified operation of large-scale installations. This makes it possible to connect up to eight units via HDMI/SDI loop interfaces, and cascading via Gigabit Ethernet control ports, or the auxiliary interface (connects to the central control device). Additionally, GENLOCK IN-LOOP connectors ensure perfect synchronization across all devices to a single, stable reference signal.
