This well-known multimedia player is a new-generation (upgraded version of TB4) multimedia player that becomes a winning choice for commercial LED displays and smart city applications such as fixed displays, lamp-post displays, chain store displays, advertisement players, and retail store displays.
It has two Gigabit Ethernet ports (one configurable as a backup) for reliable high-speed transmission, HDMI 1.3 input/output ports (including synchronized mode), a 3.5mm audio interface, multiple USB ports (Type A and Type B), and connectors for Wi-Fi, and 4G (optional). Additionally, the sensor ports continuously monitor ambient temperature, humidity, and brightness.
The TB40's significant 1.8 GHz quad-core ARM A55 processor, 1 GB of RAM, and maximum loading capacity of 1,300,000 pixels allow it to present the details impactful. Smooth 4K/FHD/HD/H.265 video decoding and flawless playback of up to 1x 4K, 2x 1080p, 4x 720p, 4x 480p, or 6x 360p are made possible by this powerful combination. It offers flexible playback options, including synchronous mode (with 1920x1200 @60Hz HDMI output) and asynchronous mode.
The TB40 is certified to CQC, SRRC, and RoHS standards, ensuring flawless, continuous operation and compliance with regional regulations. Powered by a 100-240VAC to DC 12V adapter, it operates efficiently with a maximum power consumption of 18W.
It supports plenty of networking configurations, including RJ45 Ethernet, Wi-Fi AP, Wi-Fi STA, and both Wi-Fi AP+STA modes for enhanced remote deployment capabilities. Furthermore, optional 4G/5G cellular connectivity expands the network's capabilities for remote installations.
The Android-based TB40 provides users with All-round control plans feature, including remote management across various devices (PCs, smartphones, tablets) linked to the internet using VNNOX, ViPlex Express, ViPlex Handy, and NovaLCT. It supports flexible scheduling options, encompassing both local and internet-based commands. Notably, this player enables synchronized playback across multiple screens, leveraging precise time synchronization via GPS (with optional 4G/5G module), RF (with optional RF module), or NTP
