NovaStar VX16S All-in-One Controller (Alternative model of VC16)

The NovaStar VX16s All-in-One controller that combines video processing and video control into a single powerful unit, proudly provided by Azar Pixel, is here for your high-end rental and fine-pitch LED displays. The VX series utilizes NovaLCT and V-Can software to significantly enhance richer image mosaic effects and facilitate in-field control, including screen configuration, layer management, preset management, and firmware updates. 

This proven and reliable controller is designed for Ultra HD 4K×2K@60Hz processing and is capable of loading up to 10.4 million pixels through its 16 Gigabit Ethernet ports with a maximum width of 16,384 pixels and a maximum height of 8,192 pixels. It also supports up to 1920×1080@60Hz across its monitoring HDMI output port. 

Although the VX16s and VC16 are similar in output ports and capacity, their input sources have a key difference that can make one more desirable than the other, depending on your current needs. The VX16s offers a wider variety of legacy connections, supporting two 3G-SDI inputs (up to 1920×1080@60Hz) and four Single-Link DVI connectors (up to 1920×1200@60Hz), in addition to its HDMI 2.0 input for 4K sources. On the other hand, the newer VC16 trades some of these older interfaces for DP1.2 and multiple HDMI1.3 ports. 

It is capable of displaying three adjustable independent layers simultaneously (one 4Kx2K main layer and two 2K×1K PIP layers. It supports a multi-device Image Mosaic feature up to four devices for large-scale projects to seamlessly drive a super-large screen. Additionally, it features DVI Mosaic, which combines up to four DVI inputs to form a single, independent source. 

The controller offers comprehensive hot backup solutions (device, Ethernet port, and input source redundancy), image scaling (pixel-to-pixel, full screen, and custom scaling), and 3D display support. This combination of dependable features ensures the VX16s remains a reliable choice for demanding signage and display applications operating within a temperature range of 0°C to 50°C. It is also certified by CE, FCC, IC, RoHS, and CB to ensure flawless continuous operation. 

To simplify control of complex LED displays it features multiple communication interfaces, including an Ethernet port, RS232, and USB ports (Type-A & Type-B). These connections allow for seamless communication with PCs, central control systems, and another unit.
