LED Display Front Maintenance Suction Tool – V6 Vacuum

V6 Vacuum Front Maintenance Tool (also known as Front Maintenance Inhalation Tool, DYS-V6 or EAV6), as one of the most renowned LED vacuum tools in the US, is a practical/fantastic device that includes a V6 vacuum cleaner connected to a vacuum suction pad (suction cup) to create a strong seal over a flat area, making them ideal tools for lifting and moving flat surfaces such as LED modules and floor tile screen boxes. It is also certified by CE, FCC, IC, and RoHS certifications.

The V6’s 350W motor produces 28AW suction power in Eco mode and 110AW in Boost mode. (It can switch between eco mode and boost mode by holding down the trigger while pressing the MAX button).

The vacuum suction pad can adjust the airflow that passes through its 226mm*186mm dimensions, and it is capable of holding modules up to 250mm*250mm size smoothly. Alternatively, this tool is available with a smaller suction pad featuring an airflow adjustment mechanism with dimensions of 172mm*145mm, providing more flexibility.

For greater compatibility, the larger pad option includes two smaller foam pieces that can be simply adhered or glued to the pad to reduce the suction area for detaching smaller modules and in case of requirement, functions also as a vacuum with small-size suction cup.

This device’s adapter delivers 21.6V, 780mAh and charges the 3000mAh Li-ion battery from universal 100-240VAC for up to 3.5 hours (based on the datasheet, but practical tests showed a very shorter period of time is adequate to fully charge the battery – around an hour).

Regarding expert users’ experience this 64.8Wh battery offers a reasonable and completely acceptable operation time in both Eco and even Boost mode, a feature that made it one of their favorite tools. Due to the battery’s construction, it requires to be charged for 1 or 2 hours if it has not been used for a long time.

This useful device ensures long-term operation in demanding situations to perform effectively in ambient temperatures ranging from 0°C to +50°C. The device will switch off if the battery temperature is below +3°C to protect the motor and battery. (do not charge the machine when the battery temperature is below +3°C and do not charge it immediately just after using it when the battery is heated).
