The Huidu HD-B6L Control Card, offered by AzarPixel, is an advanced LED multimedia control card designed for versatile digital signage applications including, poster screens, and multi-screen splicing setups. Its synchronous and asynchronous playback modes ensure reliable and seamless visual performance while supporting a wide range of content formats.
This durable control card can handle up to 1,300,000 pixels per unit and supports screens with a maximum width of 16,384 pixels or a maximum height of 4,096 pixels. Through cascading multiple units, it can control up to 260,000 pixels for larger LED displays.
It features an HDMI input that supports synchronous and asynchronous picture-in-picture (PIP) functions, as well as automatic zooming for synchronous images. Additionally, a Gigabit Ethernet input enables high-speed program transmission and network access, while the USB 3.0 interface is used for program updates and capacity expansion.
In addition to the dual Gigabit output ports which enables a seamless connection with receiving cards, The HDMI output supports cascade splicing across up to 10 levels. This enables highly flexible display layouts with free splicing in any direction.
It includes a TRS 3.5mm and a 4-pin standard two-channel audio interface for synchronous content playback. The device also features two dedicated sensor ports for environmental monitoring or GPS integration, and remote control of switching relays, allowing users to switch the display screen or even the main power on or off (up to 250VAC~3A)
It can also operate independently, without a continuous connection to a controlling PC. This is possible through its Built-in 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi which supports both AP and STA modes for wireless control via the LedArt mobile app. This device also supports cluster and remote management through the XiaoHui Cloud platform, making it an ideal solution for commercial, retail, and urban digital display environments. Its versatile ports also allow external sensor integration, enabling real-time environmental data monitoring.
With a compact form factor and low power consumption of 18W under a 5V input power supply, the HD-B6L is engineered for reliable operation across a wide ambient temperature range of -40°C to +70°C, ensuring enduring performance in demanding conditions. It features 2GB of running memory and 16GB of internal memory, supporting smooth and efficient content processing. This makes it an excellent choice for outdoor and indoor LED display installations, including poster screens, multi-screen video walls, and interactive digital signage.
