Sourced by AzarPixel, the NovaStar A5s Plus Receiving Card is a versatile, small-size receiving card engineered to enhance display performance for LED screens. For modules with PWM driver ICs, it supports resolutions up to 512 × 384 @ 60Hz for 8-bit video sources and 256 × 384 @ 60Hz for 10- and 12-bit video sources. For common driver ICs, it supports 384 × 384 @ 60Hz (8-bit) and 192 × 384 @ 60Hz (10- and 12-bit).
The NovaStar A5s Plus supports 3D functionality, quick correction of dark or bright lines, seam correction using mobile phones, pixel-level brightness and chroma calibration, and 90° image rotation. Additionally, its low latency of as little as 1 frame, RGB Individual Gamma Adjustment, Color Management, and 18-bit+ grayscale provide precise image processing and consistent visual performance.
Instead of common RJ45 Ethernet ports and IDC connectors functioning as the input and output interfaces, the NovaStar A5s Plus utilizes high-density board-to-board connectors to minimize the effects of dust and vibration and provide stable communication. In addition to reserved pins available for custom functions, it provides up to 64 groups of serial data, with expansion to 128 groups, or 32 groups of parallel RGB data.
Being RoHS certified and compliant with EMC Class B standards, the NovaStar A5s Plus provides electromagnetic compatibility and meets applicable environmental compliance requirements.
Designed for durability, the A5s Plus operates within a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C. It operates with an input voltage range of DC 3.8 V to 5.5 V and consumes a rated power of 3.0 W. Its maintenance features include smart module support, automatic module calibration, and quick uploading of calibration coefficients. These features make the NovaStar A5s Plus suitable for LED display applications such as retail signage, public displays, commercial LED screens, and other installations requiring consistent image quality.

Indoor installation. So much better than A4s especially at low brightness—Like the Armor variations, they are so perfect.
