The Huidu HD-D16 control card is a full-color asynchronous control card (operating as a multi-functional card) designed for Lintel LED displays, small full-color store LED screens and portable car and truck displays. It is available in two versions: the Standard Version and the SDK Version. The Standard Version supports direct use with Huidu’s official control software and cloud platform for fast and simple deployment. The SDK Version is designed for advanced users and developers, offering a software development kit that enables custom application development, system integration, and third-party platform control while maintaining the same powerful hardware performance.
It features 4 standard HUB75E ports for connecting to the LED modules and offers convenient mobile APP control and Internet-based remote cluster control and management through its integrated Wi-Fi module with its Wi-Fi STA or Wi-Fi AP modes (in addition to its wired connection to a PC or router).
This advanced control card eliminates the need for external devices by directly supporting the playback of various multimedia content (video, picture, Gif animation, text, WPS documents, tables, clocks, timing and other program content). It can even play offline, utilizing its integrated 4GB storage space for program files. Additionally, it offers an extendable USB connection for further expanding capacity for programs.
The HD-D16 card controls a maximum loading capacity of 65,000 pixels, with a maximum width of 1,024 pixels or a maximum height of 256 pixels and supports hardware decoding for smooth playback of 1080p@60fps. It is also equipped with dedicated ports for connecting GPS, temperature, and brightness sensors, which enable features like environmental monitoring, and automatic brightness adjustment.
Such powerful hardware delivers strong and smooth performance, supporting LED modules with 1-64 scan rates and offers advanced 256 to 65,536 levels of grayscale range, which is driven by its robust 1.5 GHz quad-core processor and dedicated Mali-G31 GPU.
It is compatible with the HDPlayer computer, the LedArt mobile phone control software, and the HD technology cloud management platform.
In addition to CE, FCC, and RoHS certifications, this energy-efficient Huidu D16 card operates on a 4.6 – 5.5VDC power supply with a less than 5W power consumption. This makes it an ideal and reliable solution for continuous 24/7 digital signage operation, even in extreme ambient temperatures ranging from -40°C to +80°C.
