MEAN WELL HLG-320H-24A LED Driver Power Supply (24V, 13.34A)

As with the rest of the family, the HLG-320H-24A version differs from the standard HLG-320H-24 by adding two built-in potentiometers, letting installers fine-tune the output voltage (21 to 26V) and the output current (6.67 to 13.34A). For 24V loads that have outgrown the HLG-240H-24A (240W / 10A), this model delivers the same adjustable design with roughly a third more power on tap.

It accepts a wide AC input of 100 to 240VAC. Built-in active PFC keeps the power factor high (0.94 or higher at full load), though the 70A cold-start inrush limits ganging to one unit per 16A type B breaker (or two on a type C).

With its fanless design cooled by free air convection, the unit runs with no fan noise at all, and the finned aluminum body sheds heat across a wide case temperature range (-40°C to +90°C). Its IP65 rated metal housing is suitable for dry, damp and wet locations.

Protection covers short circuit and over current (95 to 108% of rated current), both of which recover automatically once the fault is removed. Over voltage (27 to 33V) and over temperature protection both latch the output off and require a re-power to resume operation, which is worth knowing before deployment.
