LED Sending Cards
An LED sending card provides the transmission stage between the video source and the receiving-card network installed throughout an LED display. It takes incoming video information, prepares it according to the requirements of the display-control system, and sends the resulting data through communication links to the receiving cards.
Sending cards are particularly useful in traditional LED display architectures where video input and cabinet-level processing are handled by separate components. Depending on the model, the input side may support interfaces such as HDMI or DVI, while the output side uses Ethernet connections to communicate with receiving cards.
SinaPlug sells sending cards from recognized manufacturers including NovaStar, Linsn, Mooncell, and Lighthouse. The selection includes models for standard LED display installations as well as higher-capacity products for larger screens.
The NovaStar MSD300-1 is one of the listed models and is designed for sending video data to compatible LED display systems. Other products available through SinaPlug include the NovaStar MSD300, MSD600-1, Linsn TS802D, Linsn TS902, Mooncell V30Pro, and selected Lighthouse sending cards.
The total pixel load is an important specification, but it should not be considered independently. Input resolution, refresh rate, output Ethernet capacity, maximum screen dimensions, cascading requirements, redundancy, and compatibility with the receiving cards all influence whether a particular model is appropriate.
A sending card normally operates together with one or more receiving cards. The sender distributes the display data through the network, while each receiving card processes the portion assigned to its cabinet and sends the corresponding signals to the LED modules.
Integrated LED controllers can perform many of these functions in a single device. For example, an all-in-one controller may combine video processing, sending functionality, and display configuration, making it unnecessary to use a separate sending card in certain system architectures.
When replacing an existing sender, the input interface and pixel capacity should be compared with the original system. It is also important to confirm compatibility with the receiving-card model and the configuration software used to map and configure the display.
SinaPlug provides product descriptions for its sending-card selection so customers can review specifications before purchasing. This is especially useful for maintenance projects where an older card needs to be replaced without changing the rest of the display architecture.
Choosing a compatible sender helps maintain reliable data transmission between the video source and the LED cabinets. By reviewing the technical information on SinaPlug or asking the team for assistance, customers can select a sending solution that matches the display's resolution, control architecture, and receiving hardware.
